Washing

In most packaging lines, the sequence of operations begins with bottle preparation. This involves organizing and placing the bottles on a conveyor for transport to a cleaning station. Polestar Technoart automatic bottle washers are capable of washing, rinsing, and drying as many as twelve bottles per cycle. These bottle washers can be configured with three nozzles per bottle washing station. The three nozzles permit the use of any combination of washing liquid, sanitizing liquid, rinse liquid and compressed gas, to clear debris from and sanitize your bottles before filling. Polestar Technoart‘s automatic bottle washer is built on a heavy-duty stainless steel frame with an automatic bottle indexing (ABI) system, with up to 12 bottle washing stations, a recovery basin, and a soft grip bottle grabber.
